Rockfish Rangoons

Ingredients

  • 1 lb rockfish filet

  • 16oz cream cheese

  • 1/2 C chopped green onions

  • Wonton wrappers

  • 1 egg

  • Frying oil

  • Dips: Chinese mustard, sweet and sour sauce, sweet chili sauce

Instructions

  1. Bake filet in foil pouch for 15 min at 400F

  2. Flake filet and combine cream cheese and green onions to make filling

  3. Fill wonton wrappers individually with cream cheese mixture and seal edges by brushing egg on wonton

  4. Fry in hot oil until golden brown
