This fall we have had fewer fishing trips than normal but when we have taken people out we always seem to catch Kings and Crabs.

Despite the moose hunt taking its half out of the middle, still seeing some solid halibut and salmon fishing in Cook Inlet

August is becoming my favorite month of the year to fish. We have had epic Silver Salmon fishing, halibut fishing and rockfish.
September 2022
September is probably the 2nd most underrated month to fish in Alaska 2nd only to May during the big spawning events. The only downside to September is that the bars and restraunts arent as busy so you cant see people acting wild as often.

August fishing and the party is in Cook Inlet for salmon and the Barrens for big buts and lings.

Spring has completely sprung. Kings running bigger than normal. Halibut are hitting up shallow. Hard to keep the rockfish off.
