Inlet, inlet inlet inlet inlet everything has moved into the inlet.

Silvers are all over “the ridge” limits are easy with shrimp fly rigs or trolling spoons.

Kings are mixed in and also hitting shrimp flys.

Pinks are mostly gone now.

Halibut in the west waves have been all over the place as for size but there are some really nice ones mixed in and fishing is FAST. We have had some monster hunters onboard and we spent the entire day on lucky August 18th (seem to catch one over 200# every year on 8/18) and this year was the same deal. We had a micro tide on the 18th and we fished off of Pt. Adams and hooked this Big girl on a 12oz white grub tipped with a salmon belly. The rest of the fish below were hooked on Herring or Octopus.

Still shooting fish at the Barrens when we can get there,

Rockfish have not really changed. When heading east or south they are big, if heading west we stop at portgraham, pogi or high bluff to grab some smaller rocks.

Weather has been sunny but 15knot SW breeze constant meaning its been lumpy often this month. When the wind behaves, its awesome.

I am getting married on September 8th so dont expect much as far as fishing reports.
